Office Visits
What do I need for my first office visit?
If you are new to our practice, please complete our Patient Registration Form online. You may also download our Patient Registration Form (PDF), and bring the completed form with you to your scheduled appointment. If using insurance, please make sure you have your current insurance information with you when you arrive for your appointment.
How early do I need to arrive for my office visit?
New patients arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, allowing time for our staff to make the necessary copies of your insurance information and process paperwork required prior to your visit.
Established patients should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, to make sure we have the most current information on file.
Do I need to bring medical records with me?
If you have seen another physician for the same medical problem that brings you to our office, please request copies of those records be sent to the physician you will be seeing.
Payment for services
Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept most Bahamian health plans, and we will work with insurers on your behalf. Only your insurance co-payment and deductible will be due at the time of your visit.
